What you need to bring when collecting your order
Three things, every time. Bringing them means the handover takes a couple of minutes rather than a second trip.
The card you used to make an online payment
We may need to authenticate the card for security purposes.
Your email confirmation
Printed or shown directly on your smartphone.
One valid form of identification
Accepted IDs include:
- Passport
- UK/EU photo driving licence (full or provisional)
- National Identity Card

- We do not accept ID photographs, photocopies, screenshots, or expired documents.
- ID details may be securely recorded in accordance with anti-fraud laws.

Only the person who placed the order, along with a matching ID and payment card, is
permitted to pick it up for security reasons.
