How our rates work
One price, and it improves as you order more
We publish the entry rate on the board above. Behind it sits a volume ladder that upgrades your rate automatically as the sterling value of your order grows.

On a £2,000 order that ladder is worth an extra €0.00 compared with the entry band — applied for you, with nothing to claim.
Bigger orders move you up a tier
Every currency carries a volume ladder keyed on the sterling value of your order. Cross a band and the better rate is applied automatically — you never have to ask for it.
Online rates beat the counter
Reserving online commits your order before you arrive, so we can price it more finely than a walk-in. The rate you see in the calculator is the rate written onto your order.
No commission on top
The rate is the whole price. There is no commission, no handling fee and no minimum order, so what the calculator shows is what you hand over at the till.
Your rate is held until collection
Click & Collect orders lock the rate at the moment you order. If the market moves against you before you pick the money up, you still get the rate you booked.
